My goal is to empower my clients to become architects of their own destiny.
My Approach
I recognize that the human condition is both a shared and deeply personal journey—one shaped by the diverse paths we encounter throughout life. As multifaceted beings, our experiences, identities, values, and inherent nature all contribute to how we perceive and engage with the world. With this in mind, I take a humanistic approach that honors the whole person, emphasizing individual agency, authenticity, and self-discovery. By integrating person-centered therapy, I create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore their inner world. My goal is to support each client in becoming the architect of their own life—curating a meaningful path forward and moving toward self-actualization, their fullest and most authentic potential.
I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) as a core modality to support and better understand the human experience. CBT offers a structured, evidence-based framework that equips clients with practical tools to identify, challenges, and reframe unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. This hands-on approach fosters greater self-awareness and insight, empowering individuals to make meaningful changes in their lives. I also integrate mindfulness to cultivate present-moment awareness and deepen the therapeutic process. In addition, I draw from somatic therapy to help clients attune to the wisdom of the body, process stored emotions, and build a sense of internal safety and regulation. Together, these approaches create a holistic and embodied path toward healing and personal growth.
No matter where you are in your personal journey, it would be an honor to support you along this voyage. Life is a journey, not a destination. Allow me to help you embrace the process so we can explore and reconnect to your authentic self.
Be well,
