My goal is to support

embodied healing

and authentic growth.

My Approach

I recognize that the human condition is both a shared and deeply personal journey—shaped by experiences, relationships, identities, and challenges we encounter throughout life. As multifaceted beings, our thoughts, emotions, nervous systems, bodies, and lived experiences all influence how we perceive and engage with the world. With this understanding, I take a humanistic and nervous system informed approach that honors the whole person and emphasizes agency, authenticity, and self-discovery.

Rooted in Person Centered Therapy, I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and respected. I believe meaningful change begins with safety, attunement, and connection. Guided by nervous system informed care like Polyvagal Theory, I support clients in understanding how their bodies respond to stress, trauma, and connection—helping them cultivate regulation, resilience, and a greater sense of internal safety.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) serves as a foundational modality in my work. This structured, evidence-based approach provides practical tools to identify, challenge, and reframe unproductive thinking patterns and behaviors. CBT fosters insight and empowerment, supporting clients in making intentional, sustainable shifts in their lives.

In addition, I integrate somatic therapy and mindful body based practices like yoga into the therapeutic process. As a psychotherapist and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), I incorporate breathwork, gentle movement, and embodied awareness when appropriate to help clients reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies, process stored emotional experiences, and strengthen mind–body integration. This holistic framework allows healing to occur not only cognitively, but physiologically and relationally as well.

Together, these approaches create an integrative path toward healing—one that supports both clarity of mind and steadiness of the nervous system. My goal is to walk alongside you as you deepen self-understanding, build resilience, and become the architect of your own destiny. Healing is not a destination, it’s a journey.

Wherever you are in your journey, it would be an honor to hold space for you.

Be well,
